TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Always be 100% sure before claiming or placing an order.2. No cancellations allowed once order/s has/have been confirmed.
Cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount per item and should be paid within 24 hours.
3. Always double check your personal information (name, address, contact number, etc.) before sending it to avoid misunderstandings. I will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by this.
All personal information exchanged between the seller and the buyer shall be protected by RA 10173 or Data Privacy Act of 2012.
4. Deadline of Payment (DOP) must be strictly followed. Non-compliance to this would incur the buyer a 20 PHP late payment fee per item, per day.
If a buyer accumulates a record of two (2) non-compliance with the DOP, they shall not be accommodated anymore for future transactions.
5. Bogus buyers and joy reservers listed by other shops or BNS accounts will NOT be entertained.6. Whatever the circumstance may be, no clear and complete unboxing video = no refund.7. I will not be held liable for the damages and delays caused by shipping as I have no control over it.
I always make sure to pack your orders securely and safely with cardboard, bubble wrap, sleeves, and toploaders (with additional fees).
8. For cases of lost parcels when opting for Shopee checkout, I will not be held liable for the consequences and no refund will be made.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed about the risks of choosing this mode of delivery.
